A customer in Groton, CT knew they had water coming into their basement, but they weren't sure from where. They called us at Connecticut Basement System and we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Alex Lopez, to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a permanent solution. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this job consisted of our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump Plus sump pump. These would work together to collect water coming in through the walls and floors and then have it pumped out safely away from the home. One of our Foreman, Delfino Mones and his team implemented the plan by installing the WaterGuard drainage system around the basement’s perimeter to channel water to the sump liner. They also set up the SuperSump Plus pump system, which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for increased capacity during heavy flows, and a battery backup.
