One of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution so that they don't need to worry about water issues again. 

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this job. They installed our perimeter WaterGuard drain system below the floor to collect water coming in through the walls or floors. They also installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to discharge all the collected water out of the home at a safe distance. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system around the entire basement walls to protect it from moisture and lead any water coming in from the walls, into the WaterGuard below. Now this basement will stay dry all the time!
