Before we arrived at this Guilford home, there was a severe crack in the basement wall. A CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and SuperSump pump were installed by Garfield Sanderson and his production crew. There was also Spray Foam installed on the walls to completely air seal the crawlspace to ensure that no air flow will enter the crawlspace.
