This clog free system ties into the TripleSafe sump pump, removing water as it travels along the walls, then expelling it to a safe location outside the home.

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew to install this project. First, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter by jackhammering, laying down the drains, and recovering them with new concrete. This is to collect water coming in from the walls and floors and lead it to the sump pump. Next, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home through discharge lines. Our TripleSafe uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. They also installed a TrenchDrain to capture water coming in from above the floor when there are heavy rains. 

Now with our complete waterproofing system, this entire basement and below-grad space will stay dry all the time. The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind!
