Speaking with Sales Representative Michael Bourdeau, the homeowner expressed his concerns regarding signs of moisture and his desire to protect both his basement and his belongings. Sympathizing with the homeowner, Bourdeau offered up several potential solutions. Measuring portions of the basement, Bourdeau drafted a map of the space, including potential locations for a sump pump system. Upon completion of Bourdeau's visit, he provided the homeowner with a proposal documenting potential waterproofing systems that could help mitigate his concerns. The proposal included our WaterGuard French drain system, installed along the perimeter to collect moisture. Additionally quoted was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed along the walls to collect moisture. These two systems work in tandem, feeding excess moisture into the TripleSafe sump pump to be expelled outside the home in a safe location.

With the proposal accepted by the homeowner, Foreman Delfino Mones and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process.
