Before Waterproofing
This basement had an old sump pump system that was inactive and not working to keep the basement dry. We proposed our full perimeter waterproofing system as the permanent solution.
Our Full Perimeter System
Our DryTrak drainage system was installed along the baseboard of the entire perimeter of the basement, along with a feed line 2-3 feet away to capture water seepage and direct it into the sump pump. One of three TripleSafe sump pumps was installed in the far corner. It will effectively pump out the water using three pumps inside: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
Drainage System and CleanSpace
Here you can see a better idea of this dual drainage system, which is due to this basement being monolithic foundation. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on half the walls to protect from moisture.
