A homeowner located in Wallingford was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a lasting solution. Our Salesman, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the issues and propose our waterproofing solutions. It would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his team to install the job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SuperSump Plus sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With our systems working in harmony, this entire basement will always stay dry.

Before Waterproofing

This basement had ongoing water seepage issues and needed a permanent solution.

Our Full Perimeter System

Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture water seepage. Then our SuperSump Plus sump pump takes the collected water and pumps it safely out of the home. Our Sedona dehumidifier will eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

WaterGuard is below the new cement and our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on the walls and will protect from moisture and help lead water seepage into the drains.
