A homeowner in Woodbridge, CT was getting water in their basement due to no proper waterproofing system, so they called us in search of a new solution. Our Salesman, Cary Benjamin, visited the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing system. Our Foreman, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed the proposed system. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe sump pump, and Sedona dehumidifier. With our systems in place, working hand in hand, this basement will now always be dry.

Old Sump Pump

This old sump pump system was not working properly to keep this basement dry, so one of our systems was proposed by Cary.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. It has three pumps that it uses when necessary; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

WaterGuard

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water that may enter. It then drains it directly to the sump pump.

TrenchDrain

Our TrenchDrain is installed at the foot of the basement entryway to collect water that may enter from above the floor. It goes directly into the drains below.
