A homeowner in Stratford, CT was getting water in their basement because their old sump pump system was not working. They called us and we sent out our Salesman, Don Godbout, to the home to assess the basement and propose a new solution. One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team installed this job. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump system. These systems will ensure this basement stays dry for the long-run.

Old Sump Pump

This basement had an old sump pump that was not working properly to eliminate any water coming into this basement, so we proposed our system.

TripleSafe

Our TripleSafe sump pump takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. It has three pumps inside; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. Each pump is used when necessary.

WaterGuard Drainage System

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement. It captures water coming in from the walls and below the floor and direct it into the sump pump system.
