A Madison homeowner had water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking to find a solution. We sent our Salesman, Mike Bourdeau, to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing system. One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump. With these systems working together, this basement will stay dry all the time.

Before Waterproofing

This basement had an ongoing water seepage problem and the homeowner wanted a full perimeter waterproofing system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it safely out of the home.

Our TripleSafe has three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.

WaterGuard Drainage System

Our WaterGuard is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls and below the floor. It is below the new cement seen in the image. It then directs water into the sump pump system.
