A home in Brewster, NY was getting water seepage in the basement. The homeowner reached out to us and we sent out one of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a permanent solution. Our Production Foreman, Cisco Berrios, and his team installed this job. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, our TripleSafe sump pump, our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and our Sedona dehumidifier. These systems will work together to keep this basement dry all the time.

Before Waterproofing

This was before our system was installed and this basement was getting water seepage, causing damage.

TripleSafe and Sedona

Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump that will take collected water from the drainage systems and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps, one of which is our UltraSump battery backup. It can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier, sitting next to the sump pump and battery, will eliminate moisture in the basement and prevent mold growth.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement. In the image, it is what is below the new concrete. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on the walls to lead water into the drains below.
