Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in New Milford, CT
This homeowner in New Milford was experiencing water issues in their basement. Luckily, they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein. He evaluated the issue and came up with the best solution to get rid of this homeowner's water issue.
Then, we sent one of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of this basement. This drain is below-floor that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump which can discharge 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head from your basement. Finally, they installed our IceGuard Discharge Line which is an anti-freeze fitting that ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. Now this basement will be water-free for good!
