Photo Album: WaterGuard and CleanSpace in North Branford, CT

This basement located in North Branford, CT was wet and had a lot of moisture seeping through the walls. This became an unhealthy environment and the homeowner was not able to utilize her basement to its fullest potential. Wanting a permeant solution for her wet basement, she trusted the waterproofing solution at Connecticut Basement Systems.  A WaterGuard system was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect ground water before it can surface to the basement. The water is then channeled to the sump pump where it is discharged away from the home. CleanSpace liner was installed on the wall to prevent water from seeping through. A SaniDry Sedona was also implemented to control humidity to be below 55%. The combination of all these products allows for a clean, healthy and dry basement. The homeowner was very pleased with the results!
