This basement needed new supports in the basement because its floor was sagging above.

Mulitple of our SmartJacks was installed throughout this basement to stabilize the sagging floors. They get tightened to a certain pressure to ensure the floor above is level and won't have any future sagging.

These are made of galvanized steel to ensure that this home is truly supported by a strong system. They can be tightened over time if more leveling is needed.
