Our Foreman, Victor Alves, and his team worked on the install of the SmartJacks. They poured footings and installed 6 galvanized steel posts to support and stabilize the floor above.

This basement had old, temporary supports that were not doing anything to support or stabilize the floor and the entire home above.

Our crew installed 6 SmartJacks throughout this basement. They were installed into new footings and tightened into place to ensure their permanence. They are tightened to a certain pressure so that they have leveled and supported the floor above. They keep this house stable.
