Foundation Repair Photo Album: Push Piers in Farmington, CT

This Farmington CT home had some foundation settling damage which was getting worse every year. The problem needed to be addressed to stabilize the foundation. The chimney was slightly separating from the upper walls and developing a stress crack at the foundation level and there were cracks in the foundation, floor slab and foundation settling. Connecticut Basement Systems repaired the foundation by lifting the concrete footings, walls and the brick chimney 1.5 inches. This permanent solution closed the cracks and straightened the chimney back to original position.
