A Wallingford homeowner had sagging floors above their basement. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution to this issue. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, who went to the home to evaluate the problem and he proposed our SmartJack solution.
One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, installed this job. Our SmartJacks are installed under the beams and are tightened to support and stabilize the floor above, while also making it level again. It can be tightened over time as well. Now this homeowner is left with peace of mind knowing their home is stable!
