Discolored Basement Walls Before
This is how the basement walls looked before our crew came in. Clearly, there was a lost of moisture issues which you can tell by the discoloration of the walls.
CleanSpace Encapsulation
CleanSpace was installed to both the walls and the floors of the basement. This product will prevent air and moisture from passing through. This will stop the growth of mold right away.
Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona
The basement also had a WaterGuard system installed to waterproof the basement. It internally collects water and leads it to our sump pump to discharge the water away from the home. A SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep humidity low in the space which will eliminate the musty odor.
