Old Sump Pump
This basement had a very old pump that was inactive, so the homeowner needed a new, permanent solution.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes the collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It has three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and Crawlspace
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed around the perimeter to capture water seepage and direct it into the sump pump. It sits below the new cement. This basement had an interesting crawlspace area, so the elevated area is encapsulated with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and has our Sedona dehumidifier to ensure moisture is eliminated from the entire basement/crawlspace.
CleanSpace
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls and floors of the crawlspace area. It protects from moisture and mold growth, keeping this space fresh and clean with no musty odors or dampness.
