Wet Basement
This basement was getting water seepage all the time so we proposed our full perimeter waterproofing systems to ensure this problem is solved for good.
Full Perimeter Waterproofing System
Our crew installed our dual drainage system, TripleSafe Sum pump with out UltraSump battery backup, CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, and our Sedona dehumidifier. These systems work to capture water seepage, pump it out, and eliminate moisture, keeping the basement dry all the time. Our TripleSafe uses three pumps inside to effectively pump out all water: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
Before our Drainage System
You can see water is seeping in around the perimeter of the basement, so a proper drainage system is needed.
Dual Drainage System
Our crew had to install our dual drainage system because this basement has a monolithic foundation, so a below-floor perimeter drain is not easily done. Our DryTrak baseboard drain is installed around the perimeter instead to capture water seepage, while a feed line is installed around the basement as well about 2-3 feet sweat from the perimeter to direct all of that water into the sump pump system.
TrenchDrain
Our crew installed our TrenchDrain at the base of the basement entryway. It is an open grated drain so it can caputer water coming in from above the floor.
