Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in West Hartford, CT

A West Hartford, CT homeowner was struggling with water in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Salesman Alex Lopez went to the house to give them an estimate for our waterproofing solutions to eliminate the problem for good. Shortly after, Foreman, Garfield, and crew installed the proposed work. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system. TrenchDrain, and TripleSafe sump pump. This system will ensure this entire basement stays dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with peace of mind.

Before our Waterproofing System

This was before our system was installed. The homeowner was facing ongoing water seepage issues.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed along with our drainage system to pump out collected water from the home. It uses 3 pumps to do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

WaterGuard Perimeter Drain System

Our WaterGuard sits below the floor, around the entire perimeter, to capture water seepage. It's below the new cement seen in the image. It then channels that water right into the sump pump.
