Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Bridgeport, CT

A Bridgeport homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. We sent our Salesman, Cary Benjamin, to the home to assess the issues and propose our waterproofing solutions. Shortly after, it was time for installation by our Foreman, Marcio, and his team. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage systems, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe sump pump, and Sedona dehumidifier. With our systems working together, this entire basement will stay dry all the time.

Old Sump and Still a Wet Basement

This basement was still getting lots of water seepage because their old sump pump was inactive, so the basement was still facing water issues.

TripleSafe to the Rescue

Our TripleSafe sump pump replaces the old one and will effectively pump out all collected water from the drainage system safely from the home. It uses three pumps to do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

WaterGuard Drainage System

Our WaterGuard drains are installed below the floors around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seeping from the walls and below the floor. The water is then channeled directly to the sump pump.
