TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes the collected water from the drainage system and pumps it safely out of the home through proper exterior discharge lines. It uses three pumps to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
Perimeter WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage from the walls and below the floor. It is under the new cement seen in the image along the perimeter. It then leads all the captured water into the sump pump.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the entire basement. IT lowers the relative humidity and discharges directly into our WaterGuard system.
