Before Our Systems
This basement had water seepage issues and wanted a permanent solution so that the homeowner would no longer have to worry about it.
Our Waterproofing System
Our WaterGuard drainage system (below the new concrete) is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Our CleanSpacer vapor barrier was installed on the walls to help direct water into the drains. The,n the water is directed to our TripleSafe sump pump system. This uses three pumps to safely and effectively pump out water: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier (to the right of the sump pump) will eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the whole basement.
