A New Canaan homeowner had an old sump pump in their basement and was still getting water seepage due to its inactivity. They called us to find a permanent solution, so went out Salesman, Vin Orsini, to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solutions. Foreman, Moises, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump. Now this basement is dry and the home has peace of mind knowing this problem is solved for good!

Old Inactive Sump Pump

This basement was clearly still facing water seepage issues due to this old, inactive sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System

Our TripleSafe system takes the collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home safely. It has 3 pumps inside to effectively eliminate water; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. It is under the newly installed cement. It then drains the water right to the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on part of the wall to help lead any water into the drains below as well.
