Old System
This basement had an old system, that was not working and their basement was still facing water seepage. We proposed our waterproofing system as a solution.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes the water collected from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home safely. It uses three pumps to effectively do so; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge in case of an emergency.
Before Full Perimeter System
This basement needed our full perimeter waterproofing system to solve their water issues.
WaterGuard and CleanSapce
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement. It is below the new cement seen in the image. It captures water seepage from the walls and floors. Then our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to help lead water into the wall flange of the drains. It also helps protect the whole basement from moisture damage.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Our Sedona eliminates moisture and prevents mold growth throughout this entire basement by lowering the relative humidity. Whentherer is no moisture in the air, mold has no place to grow.
