Old Failed Sump Pump
This old system in this basement was not working to eliminate any of the water seepages from the heavy rains. We provided our waterproofing system to solve this.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump (seen above) takes the collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home using three pumps (when needed); a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. A discharge line is connected from the Sedona dehumidifier (slightly seen in the bottom right) which eliminates moisture from the basement.
TripleSafe Number 2
Another TripleSafe was installed in this basement as another layer fo protection.
Before Waterproofing
Here you can see before our systems were installed. There are visible signs of water damage on the floors and walls from the seepage from the rains.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect from moisture but also to lead water from the walls into the drainage system below. Is is tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard drains. Our WaterGuard drains are installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect the water seepage and direct it into the sump pump systems. It is below the new cement seen in the image.
