Before Waterproofing
This basement had water seepage from the walls and needed a full perimeter waterproofing system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe was installed along with our WaterGuard drainage system to safely pump out the water collected from the drains out of the home. It uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
WaterGuard, BrightWall, WellDuct
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water seepage. Our BrightWall was installed on the walls as well as WellDuct window drains to help push water from the walls into the drains below. All of that water then gets directed right to the sump pump.
