Before Waterproofing
This basement had ongoing water and moisture issues and needed a full perimeter waterproofing system.
TripleSafe and Sedona
Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take collected water from the drainage system and safely pump it out of the home. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier (on right) is used to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed around the entire perimeter of the basement, below the floor to capture water seepage. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls and tucked into the flange of the drain to lead water into the WaterGuard below.
