Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Larchmont, NY

A Larchmont homeowner had water seepage issues in their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. Salesman, Brian DiRisi, went to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution. Foreman, Marcial, and his crew then installed the proposed job. The major components of this project included our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump. With our systems working hand in hand, this basement will stay completely dry all the time.

Basement in Need of Waterproofing

This basement had ongoing water seepage so they needed a full perimeter waterproofing system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe sump pump takes the collected water from the drainage system, and safely pumps it out of the home. It has three pumps that are used when needed; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.

Old Sump Pump

This basement needed multiple sump pumps to ensure a dry basement. This is before one of them is installed.

TripleSafe #2

Another TripleSafe was installed.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage and direct it into the sump pump. CleanSpace vapor barrier will lead water into the drains below.
