Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Pelham, NY

A Pelham homeowner had water seepage issues in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. Our Salesman, Alex Lopez, went to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a permanent solution. Our Foreman, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew installed this project. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and Super Sump Plus sump pump. With these systems working together, this basement will now stay dry all the time.

Before Sump Pump Installtion

This basement had ongoing water seepage issues and needed a proper waterproofing system to solve the problem.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe was one of the pump systems that was installed. It effectively used 3 pumps inside to ensure water is always pumped out of the home safely. These three include a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

WaterGuard Drainage System

Our WaterGuard gets installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls and ground. It then leads that water directly to the sump pumps. It is located below the new cement seen in the image.
