Before Waterproofing Installation
This entire basement needed a proper waterproofing solution due to the ongoing seepage from the walls.
TripleSafe and Sedona
Our TripleSafe was installed to take the collected water from the drainage system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our Ultra Sump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the entire basement.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage from the walls. It then drains it directly to the sump pump.
