Before Waterproofing
This basement had ongoing water issues due to heavy rains, so this basement needed an entire waterproofing system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from our WaterGuard drainage system and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. It has three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water coming in from the walls and ground. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect and lead water into the drains below.
