Wet Basement!
This basement has signs of water issues and moisture damage. A full perimeter waterproofing system is needed to resolve this problem.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and Sedona
Our TripleSafe is connected to our WaterGuard system to take collected water and pump it safely out of the home. It has three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. Our Sedona dehumidifier (bottom right) runs to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout this entire basement.
WaterGuard
Our drainage system runs below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water coming in from the walls or below the floors. It is below the new cement seen in the image. It then directs the collected water right to the sump pump.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain is installed at basement entryways to capture water that may enter the space from above the floor due to heavy rains or flooding. It goes directly into the drains below.
