Before Waterproofing
This basement was getting water seepage and there are many signs of past water damage so a permanent solution was a must.
Sump Pump System
Our TripleSafe was installed to pump out any water collected from the drainage system below the floor. It has 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace
WaterGuard sits below the floor (under the new cement) and it collects water coming in from the walls and below the floors. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will lead water from the walls into the drains because it is tucked directly into the flange of the WaterGuard. All water is then directed right to the sump pump.
