Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Cromwell, CT

A customer in Cromwell had water seepage into their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. We sent one of our Salesmen, Andrew Howard, to the home to evaluate the issues in the basement and propose a waterproofing system to eliminate the problems for good. One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, Supersump Plus sump pump, and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now with these systems working together, this basement will stay dry!

Before Waterproofing

This basement had water seepage and moisture, so the homeowner needed a permanent solution to eliminate these issues.

Waterproofing System

Our WaterGuard drainage system collects and leads water into the sump pump in the corner. It will then pump out any water safely out of the home. The Sedona dehumidifier (next to the sump pump) eliminates moisture and prevents mold growth.

Here, you can see the new cement, and below that lies our WaterGaurd drainage system. It will collect water coming in from the walls or below the floor and lead it to the sump pump. This was installed around the entire perimeter of the basement.
