This basement had water coming in every time it rained, so a permanent solution was needed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance through a proper discharge line. It has 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
WaterGuard is installed below the floor (under the new cement) and around the entire perimeter of this basement. It collects water coming in from the walls or floors. CleanSpace vapor barrier is tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard to direct water from the walls into the drains below.
TrenchDrain
A TrenchDrain was installed at the basement entrance to capture any water that may flood in above the floor when it rains. It goes right into the drains below.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Our Sedona eliminates any moisture throughout the entire basement as well as prevents mold growth. When there is no moisture in the air, mold has no place to grow.
