Old Sump Pump
This basement had an old sump pump that was not working properly to eliminate the water in the basement, so a whole new system was needed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home safely. It has three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls and floors, and direct it to the sump pump. CleanSpace vapor barrier is tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard to direct water from the walls into the drains below.
