TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe is tied into our WaterGuard system to collect and eliminate water safely from the home. It has 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system lies below the floor (under the new concrete), and around the entire perimeter to collect water from walls or below the floor. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is tucked into the flange of the drain to direct water from the walls straight into them.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain is installed at the bottom of the basement entrance to collect any water that may come in above the floor. It goes directly into the drains below.
