Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Larchmont, NY

A customer in Larchmont, NY had water coming into their basement. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to the home to assess the issues in the basement and propose a waterproofing solution. One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this job. The major components of this job included our WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, Sedona dehumidifier, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. These systems work in harmony to eliminate all water from the basement, keeping it dry all the time.

Before Waterproofing Installtion

This basement had water seepage from rain.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe will pump out any collected water from the drains safely out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps to do so; a primary, secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

This basement was large and required more than one sump pump to ensure that all the water in the basement would be eliminated.

Sedona Dehumidifier

Our Sedona was installed to eliminate moisture in the basement as well as prevent mold growth. If there is not moisture in the air, mold has no place to grow.

WateGuard and CleanSpace

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new cement) where it will collect water coming in from the walls and floors. CleanSpace was installed on part of the wall to help direct water from the walls into the drains below.
