Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Guilford, CT

A homeowner in Guilford, CT was getting water in their basement due to heavy rains. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, to the home to propose a waterproofing solution. Our Foreman, Vic Varela, and his crew installed this job. The major components consisted of our WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. These will work together to ensure this entire basement stays dry all the time!

Wet Basement

This basement had water damage from seepage during heavy rains.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe uses 3 pumps to pump out water from this basement. They consist of a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor (under the new concrete seen in the image) around the entire perimeter of the basement. It will collect water coming in from the walls and floors and direct it into the sump pump. CleanSpace is installed on the walls to lead water into the drains below by being tucked into the flange.
