This basement had water seepage from the walls and floors and needed a permanent solution.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe uses three pumps to discharge the water out of the home safely. These pumps include a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons of water out on a full charge.
Before WaterGuard
This basement needed our full perimeter waterproofing system.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our WaterGuard is installed below the floor, under the new concrete, and around the entire perimeter. It is installed by jackhammering, laying down the drains, and covering them with new concrete, as seen in the image. These drains collect water coming in from the walls and floors and direct it right to the sump pump.
TrenchDrain
This is installed at the bottom of the basement entrance to collect water coming in from above the floor or coming in from the entryway. It will go directly into the WaterGuard drains below.
