This basement was getting a lot of water during heavy rains. This old sump pump was not working to eliminate any of that water, so a new, proper solution was needed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe is installed to pump out any water collected safely out of the home. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.
Before WaterGuard
This was before our drainage system was installed.
WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, under the new concrete seen above. It is around the entire perimeter of the basement. It collects the water coming in from the walls or floors and leads it directly to the sump pump to be discharged properly.
