Before Basement Waterproofing
This basement was getting water seepage during heavy rains.
TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and Sedona
Our crew installed our WaterGuard beloe the new cement to capture water coming in. Then our TripleSafe sump pump will pump it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge. Our Sedeona will eliminate moisture in the basement and prevent mold growth!
Before WaterGuard Installation
This basement required a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Below the new cement lays our WaterGuard drain system. It will collect water coming in from the walls or floors and lead it directly into the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was put on all the walls of the basement for protection and to lead water form the walls into the drains below.
TrenchDrain
Our crew installed a TrenchDrain at the bottom of the basement entrance to capture water that comes in above the floor, which could happen during heavy rains. It leads into the WateGuard drains and then to the sump pump!
