Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Systems in Cheshire, CT

A Cheshire, CT homeowner had water seepage in their basement and below-grade garage. Once they reached out to us, we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Jared Sgroi, to the home to assess the problems and propose a permanent waterproofing solution. After that, it would soon be time for one of our Foreman, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to install this waterproofing job. The major components of this system included our WaterGuard drainage system, our TripleSafe sump pump, and our TrenchDrain. These systems will work together to eliminate water from this basement, allowing the homeowner to live worry-free!

Before Any Waterproofing

This is the garage area where our TripleSafe would get installed.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup. The UltraSump can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge, so in case of any power outages, the pumps will always be active. Because of the multiple pumps, 2 discharge lines are attached to our TripleSafe.

WaterGuard Below Floor Drains

In this image, new cement covers our WaterGuard drainage system. This runs around the entire perimeter, below the floor of this basement and garage space. It will collect water from below the floor, or from the walls.
