This is the area where our crew would install our sump pump. You can see some water damage in this area.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. It is called our UltraSump!
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our drainage system will collect water coming in from the walls and floors. It is installed below the flooring by jackhammering, laying down the drains, and covering them with new cement!
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
CleanSpace was installed on all the basement walls to lead water in the drains below and protect the basement from moisture damage. Here you can see how the drains run below the floor around the entire perimeter. The sump pump is installed in the lowest part of the basement.
