This is the area where our sump pump would get installed.
SuperSump Plus
Our sump pump will take collected water from the drainage system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This is done through a proper discharge line.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WatergGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, by jackhammering, laying down the drains, and then covering them with new concrete, as you see in the image. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to lead water from the walls into the flange of the drainage system. Now any water coming in will have a way into the drains.
