Before Sump Pump Installation
This is where the sump pump would get installed, the lowest point of the basement. This is done so water flows naturally through the drains to the sump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drains and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge. The black box next to the sump pump is the battery!
SaniDry Sedona
Our dehumidifier is used to eliminate moisture in the basement and prevent mold growth. A small discharge line is connected to the sump pump so that any moisture collected gets drained out right into the sump pump.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our WaterGuard drains were installed around the entire perimeter of the basement, below the floor to capture any water coming in from the floors or walls. In this image, our WaterGurard is actually below the new cement because to install it, we jackhammer the floors, lay down the drains, and cover them with new concrete.
