WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter. This will collect water coming in from the walls and floors and then lead it into the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on the walls and will direct water from the walls into the drains below.
Old Sump Pump
This basement had an old sump pump that was not working properly because the entire space was still extremely wet.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe was installed to take the collected water from the drainage system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. It uses 3 pumps; a primary, secondary, and a battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons of water out on a full charge.
