Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems Installed in Norwich, CT

This customer in Norwich, CT was getting water in their below-grade garage/basement. After reaching out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems we sent one of our Sales Consultants, Stephen Singley, to the home to assess what was going on and provide them with an estimate for a waterproofing solution that would eliminate their problem for good. One of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his team installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This basement is staying dry all the time now!

Before Waterproofing

WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe

Our crew installed our WaterGuard drains below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls and floors, and then direct it into the sump pump. The TrenchDrain, as seen on the right, is used to collect water on top of the floor or coming in from the garage entrance. The TripleSafe then will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance.
